Q: What is the warranty period?A: We guarantee all of our sold spare parts, including mechanical and electrical, all enjoys one year guarantee since the receiving date of the order. The guarantee is only subject to product under normal use. Any product suffers water, fire or improper commissioning, and any type of burnt drive is not in the scope of guarantee.
Q: Do we have any technical support?
A: Yes of course we have. We can provide the necessary technical support, including remote commissioning directions, product manual and engineer jobsite commissioning and installation when necessary.
Q: What term of payment do we accept?
A: We accept, T/T, UC, Western Union, Money Gram, Paypal, Credit card and Cooig Sinosure. And for some of our most VIP clients, we collect payment monthly or yearly with them.
Q: What is our lead time?
A:For most of our spare parts on stock, we can ship out within 2 days upon payment. For modernization project, we would need 15-20 days. For complete new lifts and escalators, we request for 20-30 days for production time.
Q: Do we supply original product or copy?
A: There is no doubt that we are supplying original and brand new product to our honored clients. However some of our client requests for 2nd hand or reconditioned product to meet their local markets competition, we then only supply such product as per the clients' actual needs.
